When you approch me to comissions my services, you are agreeing to everything listed in this T.O.S. section. These are not subject to change.

Will Draw:

Partial Nudity (18+ Only)

Landscapes

Will Not Draw:

Gore
Protogens/Mecha
Human (Practicing)
Advanced Machinery (This includes gun, cars, air vehicles, or gadgets)
My characters with yours
Anything having to do with abuse/misconduct
No characters representing minors doing explicit actions (this should be obvious)
Feral

Refunds

I will not be giving refunds after the first preview sketch is sent, as that means I have started and am committed to working on your commission.

Payment and Price Changes

Payment is concluded through PayPal ONLY

Payment will be upfront upon confirming you want to commission me. I will send an invoice upon receiving your PayPal email/link.

USD ONLY

This is non-negotiable, so please do not continue to usher a commission if you are not willing to use this service.

Any changes and fixed through the sketch are fine, and when I send the final sketch, that will be the last time to have any changes or fixes that are not charged.

Upon starting coloring/shading, any major changes will be an added $2, as it is tedious to work around colors and final line editing.

Any things that I forgot during the drawing will be changed for free, so there are no worries there.

Our Rights as Service and Customer

It is your responsibility to read this, and upon commissioning me, you accept all terms and services within this website.

Regarding the commissioned piece, you have full right to repost on social media platforms, so long as it is provided CREDIT in the description/caption.

You may not sell/reproduce/trace/reference anything I create or sell.

Upon breach of these terms, I reserve all rights to

-Block
-Alert others of your breach of agreement

If and when purchasing an NSFW commission, you confirm that you are above the age of 18. Any break of this will cause major issues and will end up in a block and report to either authorities or twitter.
